Appearance

Flightdeck is a Mac app that shows what every agent is doing, gathers what needs you in one place, and runs your agents' jobs, so you can step away and come back to answers instead of a pile of terminals.
Flightdeck sits beside the agents you already use, such as Claude Code, and keeps their work in view.
See what each Claude Code, Codex and Gemini session is working on, which ones are waiting on you, and which look stuck.
One list of everything waiting on a human: an agent waiting for a reply, a question it parked, a session that errored, a job that cannot start. Answer a question right in the app, in your own words or by picking an option.
Run an agent on a schedule, or until its work is done, with several runners sharing one queue.
Jobs, work buckets and records are markdown notes in a folder you own. Open them in any editor, including Obsidian.
Agents read and write Jira, Trello and GitHub, and read and post in Slack, through one allowlisted client that signs everything it sends.
Overview shows a live board for the Flights you pick: runs, what is running now, items left and an estimated finish. Save a pick as a group.
Your Slack DMs and chosen channels in one place, each message marked work or chatter, with replies to DMs sent only when you confirm. Automatic sorting is in development.
Write a brief, and an agent drafts a plan with its questions. Answer them, approve it, and file its tickets in one step.
Add a second Mac over your own ssh, and its sessions, jobs and Needs You show on this one.
See each Claude and Codex account's usage, and a ledger of what every run spent.
The desktop app opens no port and calls no server. Jira, Slack, Trello, Dropbox and phone alerts go through one separate, allowlisted client. GitHub issues, projects and pull requests come through your own GitHub CLI.
Tokens for Jira, Slack, Trello, Dropbox and Pushover live in the macOS Keychain, never on a command line. (A Trello project may instead name an env file you keep.)
Your workspace is a folder of markdown on your Mac. There is no Flightdeck account and no Flightdeck server.
The Flightdeck iPhone companion will show your Overview and Needs You, let you answer an agent's question and start or stop a job, all through your own iCloud with nothing in between.
About the companionOverview, the fleet bar and ⌘K are in the app now. The rest of the pages follow.
Overview shows the board for the work you pick. Select several Flights to follow them together, and save the selection as a group.
A thin bar on every page sums up your machines and this Mac's agent usage. Hover or open it for the detail.
Find a Flight, plan, ticket, bucket, skill or Inbox message, or run an action, from any page without leaving the keyboard.
The companion follows the same work, answers questions, and lets you hold a button to ask about it by voice.
